Why is Narset, Parter of Veils a Game Changer?

Narset, Parter of Veils stops each opponent drawing more than one card per turn, which switches off the draw spells and engines most decks depend on. Paired with a wheel effect she becomes a one-sided Timetwister: everyone else discards their hand and draws nothing. Her static ability affects the whole table asymmetrically from a three-mana permanent that also digs for a card when it lands. Denying the rest of the table their card flow while yours continues is a defining Game Changer pattern.
