Bracket 3 (Upgraded) covers decks tuned beyond precon level with better mana bases, tighter construction, and selective access to stronger tools. A small number of Game Changers may appear. Bracket 4 (Optimized) is high-power Commander: efficient tutors, explosive starts, compact win conditions, and two-card infinite combos expected as part of the play pattern.

Bracket 5 (cEDH) is fully competitive Commander — metagame-focused deckbuilding, solved strategies, and tournament-style decisions. Every card earns its spot based on raw efficiency. Game Changers and fast mana appear throughout, and decks aim to win as consistently and quickly as possible.
