New Phyrexia at War With Itself

Phyrexia: All Will Be One returns to New Phyrexia at the height of the Praetors' power and the resistance's lowest ebb. Two Commander precons represent the binary conflict at the heart of this storyline: the Mirran resistance fighting for their survival and Phyrexia's endless corruption spreading to new hosts.

Both decks reflect the themes of their respective factions — Rebellion Rising's token doubling mirrors the resistance's multiplication of small acts of defiance into large-scale revolution, while Corrupting Influence's poison proliferation mirrors Phyrexia's biological method of conversion through incremental oil infection.

Rebellion Rising — The Mirran Resistance

Neyali, Suns' Vanguard, commands the Mirran resistance in a Boros (white/red) token-doubling strategy that finds power in multiplication. The deck creates token copies of attacking creatures, doubling your combat force each turn and building overwhelming board presence through the same principle that drives successful resistance movements: numbers and persistence.

The deck's token doubling effects interact powerfully with any large or ability-rich creature, creating explosive turns where a single token becomes two identical copies. Players who enjoy dramatic mid-combat multiplications and the satisfaction of watching their board state explode in size will find Rebellion Rising deeply satisfying.

Corrupting Influence — All Will Be One

Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa, carries the Phyrexian oil in an Abzan (white/black/green) poison-proliferate deck that infects opponents with ten poison counters across the course of the game. Unlike typical Commander win conditions that require dealing 21 commander damage or removing 40+ life points, poison wins with ten counters — a dramatically lower threshold when proliferate doubles your poison delivery with every trigger.

The deck's oil counter and toxic mechanic create a self-reinforcing poison engine. As Ixhel spreads infection and proliferates existing counters, opponents' total poison climbs exponentially in late game scenarios. The deck rewards building the proliferate engine early and then activating it repeatedly through low-cost triggers.

Corrupting Influence demands a different mental model for opponents — they need to prioritize removing Ixhel and disrupting proliferate triggers rather than treating poison as a secondary threat. When opponents fail to respect this urgency, the deck converts that underestimation into a surprisingly fast victory through the mathematical inevitability of proliferated poison.
